Refund policy
Before you buy from us please take a look at our returns and exhange policy below
No refunds or exchanges once your crystal goods are shipped. This means there are no take backs, no do overs. We follow the Fair Trading act of ACT so please dont think about trying to talk us into a refund just because you changed your mind
If you cancel your order before it's shipped you will incur a 10% cancellation fee of your order total. We've got our time and materials to account for
Our weights and measurements are as close as possible to being accurate. From time to time there may be mistakes for we aren't perfect, but we are honest and ethical
According to the Fair Trade Act and ACCC, refunds aren't always a given. We will not refund or exchange for a change of mind, incorrect sizes or because you've find prices cheaper elsewhere (we do not price match), so please choose wisely. In the event we allow a return, the packaging and postage costs to get it back to us are at your expense. You break it, you buy it (unless it's damaged due to postage and handling, then we'll make it right)
If your item is damaged then we have your back. A full refund of replacement will be given. Just send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll take of care it. Please note though that we do take photos of the product before we send it out to their new homes, so honesty is key here
If you need to return your package this will be at your expense. A tracking number will also be required. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue. Unfortunately jewellery is non refundable and non exchangeable due to health regulations
If your purchase is lost in the mail? The tracking number is your receipt so please check that first because we are unable to intercept until you've lodged an enquiry. Australia Post has tracking for a reason and it helps us immensely
For any overseas order, good luck! Unfortunately in this instance you are on your own due to customs, delays and theft. We will provide tracking though
